These general terms explain the planning process. Your final proposal may include tour-specific conditions and will take priority where clearly stated.

1. Inquiry and proposal

An inquiry does not create a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the written itinerary, agree to the stated terms and complete the required deposit.

2. Prices and inclusions

Prices depend on dates, group size, room arrangements and accommodation availability. The final written proposal identifies the included and excluded services.

3. Changes

Requested changes may affect price and availability. Necessary operational changes will be handled with the closest reasonable alternative.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation deadlines and refund conditions will be stated before payment. Non-refundable supplier charges may apply once services are confirmed.

5. Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, medical needs and following reasonable safety guidance. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
